Recommendation for scary movies?

Trying to find some scary movies that are actually decent , not the terrible ones that are funny. Ones that would make me jump. They can either be in theaters or on DVD . Thanks

Meh, minus Amnesia being semi-scary... I loved Friday the 13th films, Nightmare on Elm Street as well. Maybe you'd be into Alien(s) too? Dawn of the Dead...? Not really scary but Zombies are fucking awesome. The Cabin in the Woods is freakin' amazing too. Grindhouse was also one of my favorites.
