There is either a variable somewhere in the gamemode or you have to find the code that stops them from killing eachother and change it.

It would be easier if you knew lua.

No lua necessary.

ttt_postround_dm (def. 0):
Enables damage after a round has ended. Kills are not recorded for scoring purposes, so it's a free for all.

However this website is generally not meant for helping people get up their own servers, given we have our own.

Either way above is what you need to change in TTT config to 1.
