This is a thread where people can give constructive criticism of the TTT admins. I know that some of you don't particularly like the way that the TTT admins deal with things so here is a chance for them to improve. Please keep the comments civilized and constructive, if it's not I will have it removed.

Cortez - Great 'min all around!
Blackllama - Haven't played with him in a while, but from what I remember he was a pretty good admin.
Ashes Relandi - N/A
Tendovvi - He's a good friend but that doesn't excuse it, he's not a good admin anymore, he micspams frequently, and is half-arsed about the job.
Mystery - Damn, haven't seem him in a LONG time, but from what I remember an okay admin, there were some iffy times between us but he was pretty good.
TowerSheep - Great admin and coder. Def credit to team.
Neltharion - He's a decent admin. Decent. He has been over the top with his punishments before.
Arth - N/A - but hold him in good regard, can't remember playing with him often but can remember him being good, haven't seen him enough to fully know.
Mr.TheDoctor - good admin I suppose, but haven't seen him on for a long time.
HolyDeath - Haven't seen him admin in a long time (always been others on or server was calm), but from what I remember, he was good.
Muffins - Haven't seen him on often, but I remember him being good.
Blazyd - Haven't seen him in ages, Don't remember how he used to be.
Nexus - He's good,  I don't know why but he doesn't seem... sociable with me at times for some reason, but he's a good admin.
Caboose74 - N/A
Yankees - Good admin, nothing much to say.
Tyber - He's a good admin as well, a confusing bastard, but still a lovable loofah.
Andredem - Haven't seen him in years.
UnknownError - Thoroughly good admin, glad he's on the team.
Klutonec - Haven't seen him admin, but a good player.
StormOfAshes - N/A
Billy - This scrub... Hah, he's actually pretty good from what I've seen, enjoy playing when he's on.

Cortez - Good Admin/head admin, knows what hes doing.
Blackllama - Haven't really played with Blackllama.
Ashes Relandi - Just from what I've seen he's a good admin.
Tendovvi - Really good friend, sometimes mic-spams when he's drunk, but when he's not he is a good admin.
Mystery - Good admin, from what I've seen, not a lot but he's good.
TowerSheep - Good for the server, too negative, do not like. (jk)
Neltharion - Haven't really played with Neltharion at all.
Arth - Haven't really played with Arth at all.
Mr.TheDoctor - Good admin, fun to play with, does the job well.
HolyDeath - Haven't played much, not that I can remember anyway.
Muffins - Haven't played a lot, but he's good from what I have seen at least.
Blazyd - Great admin, played a bit with Blazyd, and he knows what he's doing.
Nexus - Had some rough times, to be honest, but I still think he's a good admin at times.
Caboose74 - Played a bit with Caboose, he's not on much when I am though.. but when he is, he's a good admin.
Yankees - fun to play with, good admin, knows what he's doing.
Tyber - Good friend, perfect admin, brilliant at it, one of the best IMO.
Andredem - Haven't played at all with Andredem.
UnknownError - Good friend, good admin, one of the best IMO.
Klutonec - Haven't played much with Klutonec.
StormOfAshes - Haven't played much, to be honest, he's not on much when I am, but when he is, he does well.
Billy - Newest admin? I have nothing against him, from what I've seen, he's okay.
Link - Good admin, from what I've seen, can't really sat a lot though because he is a new admin.

I don't quite remember who but I noticed some of the admins slay first ask questions later. Unless its pretty blatant(and even then I would tell them what they did) we must question RDMers before we slay them.

Nexus - DUDE. Chill out. Good guy, but his admining is a bit discerning sometimes. Can be a little bit of a mean, but he doesn't do it on purpose. Rough around the edges, but great admin nonetheless. Great guy too.
Caboose74 - meh, never see him on. Trolls a little bit, but I do to, so again, meh.
Yankees - Love this guy, so whatever I say will be a little biased.
Tyber -  Same as Yankees.
Andredem - Play more.
UnknownError - Same as Yankees, although all 3 of them are fantastic admins.
Klutonec - Play more
StormOfAshes - Play more
Billy - Might need some training. Still slaying before talking.
Link - Same as billy. Not a bad thing, just needs to be trained.

This is how I handle rdm. If I see no complaints in admin chat/verbally or regular chat, there is no rdm that round. If there are complaints, I verbally tell someone why you slayed so and so. When the voice chat is being clogged up I do put it in chat. In the next preround I slay, usually that gets their attention if they didn't respond to my questions before. Clear everything up again, and then make the final say when the round starts. I'm constantly told admins are too slow and sometimes said person rdms again ruining someones T round.

Apparently this way of admining is fine from people's feedback.

I "slay before talking" because I talk to that person while the current round is still going on, if they're dead. If they never die during that round, then I slay them pre-round (so that hopefully they're paying attention), ask once in chat, ask once on the mic and then slay if they don't respond / proved that they did RDM.

And I don't bother with the occasional RDM unless someone reports it to the admin chat. Because if they don't, then they clearly don't care that they were killed.

People say this a lot, what a lot of admins do, and what I have done a few times myself, is ask the rdmer in question why he killed him the round before (either in dead chat or post round) if he doesn't answer then preround the next round he slays him. What this usually does is make him say "Why'd I get slain?" at that point we ask him again. It's a way of telling him if he doesn't answer we mean to slay him. Now then

Cortez - No offense to Tower, he was good, but I like Cortez a lot more, he listens to feedback and is really on top of things.
Blackllama - Kinds shaky on him, he gave me some advice while I was trial that ended up in some false slays on my part.
Ashes Relandi - He's a pretty chill guy, but he seems more like a good friend at times than an admin, not saying he doesn't admin.
Tendovvi - Completely honest here, haven't seen him answer an rdm since I joined CG.
Mystery - Goodmin
TowerSheep - Coolmin
Neltharion - Kinda confused on how he still has admin since I've never seen him on before.
Arth - Same
Mr.TheDoctor - Cool guy
HolyDeath - Same
Muffins - Same
Blazyd - Best admin of the bunch if you ask me

I'm kinda confused, if we're holding the minimum time a week rule against Link, how come we're not holding it against every admin?

We are. The only reason it was brought up with link is because his activity was brought into question. PM me if you have any questions about the activity thing.

Vets are usually given more leeway because they are Vets. Trial and regular admins should get close or meet the requirements.
