from a player perspective he is harsh but fair, I've seen him in really difficult situation and handle them really well, only thing that will limit his chances is that he is new to the forum community. But other than that go for it  :) buttfuck.gif lol.gif

i normally don't post but just browse through and post when it interests me or when its REALLY needed :P
