From what I'm reading here it doesn't seem to be admin abuse at all. Sure you were muted and his only response to un-muting you is no, to be honest I wouldn't want to un-mute someone who is be annoying. Also to regards to the asking for un-mute a lot of the time its pretty obvious why you are muted b.c there is a warning given like "Don't spam over mic" etc... Though in the hectic chat some of this communication can be missed or not understood, these things happen. This isn't really look much like a problem since mutes only last one map and you know that doing whatever you did over mic isn't fun so all is well.

For the future though if your instantly muted when joining server its pretty much only because your avoiding a mute =p. Hopefully this will all just settle to where it come from and people try to be a bit more communicative in what is going on so everyone can have a better time. Also friendlyness always results in more friendlyness.

In regards to the re-muting its because you avoided the mute by leaving the server. If you are muted you are not allowed to go well I can rejoin to avoid mute... That is against the rules. The mute automatically comes off when map changes so you have to wait till then. Going to have to here Tululu's side of story before I comment more.

Long awaited update on this xD. I found out my graphics card has some dead memory in it which is causing it to crash not that often as my crashes were happening though. The thing that was causing my left and right crashes was my semi-new ocz ssd which I have a warranty on and am going to bring it in to be replaced. I shoulda went with intel >_> *FIXED*
