so basically, the new expansion allows people with a bounty on them to be attacked without the Concordance police killing them in high sec, meaning anyone is a potential target in high security space, A.K.A. traders and noobs.

Everyone's favorite pariah Hair Slut here to say i will be giving Sexton piles out sometime on any one of our 3 TF2 servers in celebration of MannCo. store being 1 year old, anyone excite? (This is totally not an attempt to make people get on more, nor is it a bad attempt at over gifting and crashing the server, no way parrot).
