The swing has straight bars, not chains so it is WAY easier that way.
With chains it is almost a physical impossibility based on the capabilities of a kid, I guess if we had swingsets that looked that haggard it might have happened here.
Also as Finnie said, its old you probably saw it on stupid Reddit or something :P

True a lot of comments are shit. And submissions too.
But it has some goldies in between them!
For me reddit gives more different submissions.
And I only visited 4chan rarely. IMO it's just a crawlplace for scriptkiddies and trolls.
But mostly copy&pastas.

Reddit has subreddits, you can barely call the whole place bad. It's just the main popular reddits like politics and the likes. And this is coming from a guy who hated reddit for the longest time.

I'm decently sure that physics stops chains from ever going 360 around the bar without something other than human power.
Yeah, with sheer human force alone the chains would never be able to go 360, due to the fact when you reach a point high enough on either your swing or backswing, the chains go slack, which kills a lot of the power of your swing.

Yeah Russia's a cool place, Went there last last last summer and I got into a McDonald, there was a keypad to open the bathroom because there were terrorist attacks by Chechen in the metro a week ago before I arrived, so people were scared and started freaking out, also, I was gonna give some food to a lady hobo, but she refused cause she thought it was poison, she made me swear it wasn't ..
. Its not as crazy as people think, outside cities such as Moscow, people are pretty hospital and help out in their community.
