This is how I'd do it:
1. Have an intro with a face cam (or just your favorite Source Charcter in SFM)
2. Play a game and keep the volume low, have the cast over that. Play something like TF2, HammerWatch, etc (games that don't require much high level strat and are kinda grindy).
3. Don't sound monotone, make it sound like you are interested.
Like I said I wasn't trying to be a dick but if you're gonna slap CG on it I'm not gonna go "Oh that's great" I'll be honest because lieing wouldn't help.

My thoughts: 1. Remscar 2. Maurice Moss 3. Wholegrain He's not the first to steal, and thought it was our look not the most blatant rip off (looking at you Moss). I agree this is distasteful, but not the worst we've seen. I'd suggest simply not letting him ever have admin here again. No need to ban (if he can't have admin I bet he won't come back anyway). Unlike those I mentioned Cash did not try to steal any of our community members to my knowledge, he infact left with a good message and broke ties. Do not be a dick to him, he fucked up and it ended up doing no good for him.

How I feel:
I can tell you who does what in CG because I try to play a bit with everyone. I suggest Vent/TS because it's a good way to get to know who is who and who does what. If you want to complain about not knowing then think, who have you asked? CG is visible when you act like a community. The forums are 1 of many ways to connect. When is the last time you played ANY GAME with the CL's? (I speak to the CL's almost daily so if I ask them for something they are usually happy to help, and I return the favor when I can. Proof: ZM HA, I mentioned it to them and the next day there was one)
CL's/HA's are people and it is stressful dealing with as many problems as they do. When you get as many messages as them, most spam, it takes more time than you'd think to sort through them.
If you think you have the only complaint grow up. This is a large community and if you just look at this forum you'll see that several people have problems.
This is address to no one in particular but rather it's me venting about complaints I've seen.

While it does gimp the team, it is not ghosting. It is not ghosting to announce yourself. So long as he is the only one outed by this it is not ghosting. (My vote)

Christmastown isn't even a big map. And even three rounds? I highly doubt that. Not only that, but the ban took place at one AM. Your screenshots indicate that its 9pm in your steam menu. Meaning you just fabricated those screenshots earlier today. Why would you be taking screenshots during your download of the map anyways?
He may not be in the same timezone, in the OP he did say he was banned a bit past 10pm, so that matches up.
However, like it is noted above, if he was connecting to the server it would have banned him with his name as well. Which it didn't, meaning he wasn't connecting to the server.
The name would only be added if he was banned during the "Sending Client Info" section of the connect. DL's come before that so his name would not have shown.
