Reason for resignation: I found a girl who is a better use of my time than non-stop gaming. I also am still not in my appt. I don't want to be that guy who has a rank but doesn't use it.

I forgot to mention it's not that I'll never be around just not nearly as often. Once I get shit settled in my apartment I will be one sporadically. I'm not leaving CG, I'm just retiring from all admin duties because I cannot consistently be on.

Reason for resignation: Personal life is stressful enough right now plus I'd rather be the coder.
Temporary?: Sort of (Only resigning from HA not admin all together)
I think I've helped the server from a HA point of view as much as I can. I've noticed that I don't play nearly as much as a HA should so I am hanging up the HA mantle. I will still be around to code and if need be admin TTT. I have no intention of leaving the community. I will be training the new HA for TTT because I'm not gonna abandon you guys.

This is to let everyone know that we will be shout casting random CG members we see playing dota for fun. These will be put on youtube (more than likely).
If you do not wish to be a part of this please post here with the message "Do not record me".
Please do not post if you don't care / don't play dota. I want this to be a message to all people on our friend list that we are recording and a list of people who have said they do not want to be recorded. Any posts I deem non-relevant will be removed.

Additional Comments: I'm not leaving all together but I cannot handle the server and my school work load. Rather than let the server burn I am taking a time away to let some one else run it. I will be around to help out here and there but I really am not up to deal with the stress the TTT server will bring until December (When I'll be done with my masters). If you absolutely need me I can try, but with Gmod 13 so unstable I'm not sure what I will be able to do.

Additional comments: He's a good TTT player who rarely gets out of line. His most recent ban was because he REQUESTED it. Since he's banned from the forums he requested that he be unbanned (if you have a problem with that don't ban people upon request).
Kwaurtz and Crypto are unbanned, why not someone who's very active on our servers and 99% of the time HELPS keep order?

This is to PLAYERS AND ADMINS,
If you guys see any player being harassed by others step in and get in their face. We've had a bit a harassment problem. I'm asking regulars, new players, and admins a like to Step up and help clean our server. Tell the harasser to back off and report them to an admin.
If no admin is on or an admin is involved record a demo and put it on the forums in the ban request section. That kind of behavior is not to be tolerated from anyone.

Places where there is a lot of lava (like the nether) are horribly laggy
Not sure if this is a bug with the new update but both me and irish were in some nightmare with all the lava in the nether. when we were in nether caves though.

About 10 minutes ago we were doing a promotional video for my company (I'm an intern for the last 2 months). We had to answer questions like "how long have you worked here and what keeps you working for the company" I was happy to answer the questions they were asking. As I was near the end of my statement the whole office hears a loud "FUS RO DAH!" My girlfriend text'ed me and I forgot to turn the volume off. Good thing this is going to be edited. I hope this story made your day a little better

I brought my comp to the shop because i got a few new parts and a whole new case and I want it installed right. I still have my laptop so I will be around but not playing many games.
Also, Dwarf Fortress and Nethack are eating my life again (2 ASCII games).

As some one of you know I have started a full time job a programmer. I will be dealing with mostly java and would like to share what I know with you. As I learn new things I would also like to post them here. In order to make them easier to sift through I am asking for 2 new boards
1. Java
----with a sub-board for advanced topics such as SPRING, Hibernate, etc.
2. Web based languages (HTML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript)
I think it will be fun to teach people. Also, I just hate lua because other than Gmod, it is not all too useful. These are things that people can learn and make contributions to CG with.

Additional Comments: I need a break from dealing with all the server problems. I am one man who has his own projects to work on. I've been less and less able to support CG the past few weeks. When I get on a game I will be using it to relax and don't need to hear that 20 things are broken. If you need something fixed or done google it (that's what i do for 90% of the problems you guys ask me to fix).
I do not know when I will be back.
