Some guy adds me:
"Hey I got your unusual, but I really love it so I don't want to give it to you"
He seems like a dick at first, but he was trying to kind of help me.. he ends up telling me that Makaveli has $4,000 in his paypal for scamming.
but I bet he has moved it 20 + times by now to multiple accounts.
He proved it by sending me his chat, I believe you can go on TF2items and check the history. Some guy adds me:

A: How does he know it's your unusual
B: How does he know the guy
C: How is there no possibility at all that
but I bet he has moved it 20 + times by now to multiple accounts.
This has happened.
Basically, I highly doubt that it's not the same guy
Paying cash for an item is against Valve policy, I believe.
Report him, but I bet he has moved it 20 + times by now to multiple accounts.
Never give anything unless and until the other person can trade at the same time, or you have what you want.
Leet I looked at his history. This guy is a pro scammer, he didn't create a fake rep - He spent around 200 paying people items to +rep him on that website. After he got 16 pages he started scamming. It was the best offer I got, and it wasn't obvious that he was planning to scam. He offered 140, which drawed my attention. I've dealt with people who had 10 pages of rep and went through with it. So I figured no big deal. Trust me it was very believable. He said he would pay after I trade him since he doesn't trust Middlemen.
There's the problem! You got duped son plain and simple.
...Are you fucking serious...?
And you fell for this?

...Are you fucking serious...?
Sorry, I'm just... I don't know what to say, I won't say anything, but my advice is to send a ticket to steam support and like Old said, Cadaver may be able to help.

Thats what he gave me, but its down now for whatever reason.
I realized that seconds seconds after I clicked trade, once I saw it said .org I wanted to cancel me pressing the trade button. :/http://forum-sourceop.org/threads/243341-Rep-Thread-Makaveli/

That site you posted isn't a real rep site. The site he's trying to impersonate is http://forums.sourceop.com/
Sorry to say, but you really goofed on this trade.
Best of luck.
