I just get a memory leak that crashes my game when i click a server. It freezes at "retrieving server info"

Alright, I'm getting into the swing of school balanced with personal life. I want some help testing / developing weapons (so you must have GMOD) from people who can be on more than once a week. I started a while ago but didn't have dedicated testers. I am looking for 3-4 people that I can get a hold of 2-3 times a week (as need be). I will also show these people who to make weapons, because some times an extra pair of eyes is good when coding. If intereted post the below information:

I would like to start an Admin training program, especially for TTT. Below is what it will entail but first why. Due to recent events and my own admin experience, admins are given power with no real direction. As we have seen with Acecool, Exultion, and others abuse ensues with little to no direction. I don't think the other servers need much coaching but TTT really needs training.
What it should entail:
1. Trial Admins should be assigned a reg/vet (preferably vet) admin to teach them proper use of powers.
- The assigned admins will have volunteered, so only people willing to teach will do so.
2. Trial Admins should be given a test at the end of the trial period to see if they are ready for regular admin powers.
- Test the knowledge of the rules.
3. The adviser must feel that the trainee has shown proper judgment in tough situations.
- I think this is necessary because they can know all the rules but choke under pressure.
4. Advisers must answer the same type of questions if they wish to take on Trials (assuming they did not go through the program)
- A captain must never ask his men to do something he would not. The test would be written by the HA or someone of his choosing.
I would like to have a community vote about who should run the entire program. I would be willing to oversee it and teach as many people as I can. However, I understand if people feel some one else would be a better leader for this. I want to make CG a better place and I've been around long enough to put my bid in for real responsibility. Before we open this to the community vote, is it a good idea in the first place?

I am going to be ironing out the kinks of this server and would like help. Those of you who have been playing please post errors in the following format.

Help Request Subject: Computer problems Specific people needed to read this: Anyone who can help Summarize help request in one sentence: I have computer problems, my screens are all jumbled Importance level(low,medium,high): high (for me) Steam related?: no Additional Info: I'm not sure what I did but when I boot up my computer it is all scrambled. I used to play it fanatically, more than I play TTT now. Have you guys ever played it? If so, do you still play? It's a lot of fun and there is actually a league. It's a good time for all.

In which server did the abuse ocurr?: TTT #1
What ocurred, what did the abuse consist of:
So joking around I was teliing the server to kill him before the round started. I said "Anyone who kills Kwaurtz will get a day of adminship. Any current admins will get a promotion."
Some one actually listened and kill him.
The result:
[SM] (=CG=) Kwaurtz: Banned player "[bd]TowerSheep" for 1440 minutes.
What time and day did it happen (put down your time zone too): 8:30ish EST (GMT -5)
Additional comments:
I mean, he's been trolling me all day saying i'm a ****got. I didn't even mute or complain.
