Alright, so the interest level for this was good enough to start getting things organized, so here's how this is gonna roll: There are going to be (for now) 2 teams, both under the banner of Conjoint Gaming. One will be for casual gamers looking to improve their dota skills/ just have fun, etc., while the other team will be exclusively for competitive team playing. In this thread we would like everyone interested in joining a CG Dota 2 team to post which team they intend on joining, general level of Dota skill, and how active you plan on being. All this being said, be aware that both teams will follow general CG rules, such as no trolling, racism, etc. Also be aware that these two teams are not in direct competition with one another, although they are both considered CG teams. To add to this: The Competitive Team has first rights to naming. So the fun team will be named after the first team has their name. (For the CG moniker - not as in naming members.)
These teams should not be exclusive of each other.
The Competitive team may be wise in watching the fun team, as it would be a great way to get people interested, have them learn the game, get good at it, and then move over to the Competitive team. Cad approved.

So yeah. I know that personally I find it a bit of a pain to browse the forums on my phone, which I do a lot. I think it'd be pretty helpful to have a spiffy little CG forum browser app for android /iOS. I'd be happy to look into coding one too. Thoughts?

So as the summer sales ended today, I couldn't help but feel a wee bit of disappointment for this year's selection. Don't get me wrong, it definitely had its moments. But I feel it fell short of last year. Anyone else feel the same? Opinions?

Why you wish to be admin: I play TTT a whole lot, see a lot of rough times when admins aren't on, and want to help fill in those gaps.
What are some good qualities you possess: On the server a lot, know the rules by heart, quick with the logs, don't rage, am patient in dealing with situations, can sort through bullshit like a boss.

Additional notes: I am aware I haven't been on in the last few weeks. This has just been because of vacationing in Mystery's homeland, don't have access to a computer, and it couldn't be helped. I fly back this Tuesday, so I wont be gone much longer. He follows people through the walls several times, snaps to players occasionally, and then there's that bit at the end where he rdms a traitor on a bullshit claim. It is what it is, and I leave it to the great CG gods to decide.

Don't know if they eventually banned him or not because the server crashed immediately after this demo was taken. If they've already gotten him, then at least this can be here as proof of some sort. Additional comments: I leave the server for a few hours, come back, and I'm banned by an admin who I don't recall even being on the server at the time, and for rdm and leave, even though the last round I played was a traitor round. Blackllama says he hasn't seen Sprite in months. Additionally, the ban time is 3:42, which is nearly 2 hours before I left the server. (possible just time zone difference). This is not making the sense. D:
