Those show 5 TKs, which is enough for a small ban, plus another two I witnessed (didn't bother to take a SS because he had so many by that point), and his score was at -12.

I'm a little confused Len. So you witnessed 5 teamkills that occurred, correct? And I see that he also has another ban on record. With that previous ban and 5 teamkills I don't think a permanent ban was just. Perhaps a week or two for this. Seeing as how I don't know/see how many teamkills you provided in the ban description for his first ban. Just my thoughts.

7 total, just in with what Wellrgr (former admin) supplied and I saw when I joined the game. Potential for 12 total just that game (I believe 14 total + an immense amount of team shooting), and with the previous ban, more than qualifies him for a perma, imo. *Sorry, mistook him for the wrong guy.*

The time that I banned him before, he joined, immediately started team shooting (not tking) as many people at the start of a round as possible. This went on for multiple rounds until he finally started TKing. Rather than let him go on a spree, I banned him for the 2 TKs he had already done + the massive amount of teamshooting.

I honestly don't think this guy intends on legitimately playing the game, and instead cares more about trolling other players.

Ya I believe giving him a perma ban was the right choice

I still fret on counting teamkills the admin witnessed personally rather than ANY other source. However, I'm not here to step on any toes. Just my personal input.

Those 5 TKs are documented and come from an ex-hidden admin + 2 that I witnessed myself this ban, + another 2 I witnessed from a previous ban, all sprinkled with large doses of team shooting. I didn't ban him for the potential TKs, since the documented ones he committed that game were more than enough to warrant the perma, even by your own standards, for repeat offenders ;).

This is 5 teamkills with a bunch of teamshooting correct? I don't care what Wellrgr said, you have to witness it yourself.

Pretty much what I stated before. "I still fret on counting teamkills the admin witnessed personally rather than ANY other source. However, I'm not here to step on any toes. Just my personal input."

With that in mind, I believe the ban duration should be severely deducted from a permanent to perhaps a week instead. Pyro, what sayest thou?

Not said, documented. I provided the links to the screenshots of the TKs above. Unless you're going to say that SS's aren't a valid form of evidence anymore, in which case, I don't know why we have a ban request forum.

Stop talking shit, I said that what players said to you cannot be used as prove, your SS's are concrete proof for a weekban, so he will be weekbanned.

What I ment by that is that you can't use what players SAY IN CHAT as concrete evidence if they really teamkilled, screenshots are fine in any way from any person.
