Additional comments: I've only played 1 match today before Gmod crashed on me because of the recent engine update. I don't recall RDMing anyone but if I did I apologize for doing so and if it was seen as a "RDM and leave" it was not intentional because of the crashes I had today.

Are you saying a mapchange crashed you?  I don't remember whether or not it was a map change. 

EDIT: I think it was after a map change actually, it changed onto temple and then I banned you.  I remember this, unbanning.
