Just for the record, he's only got the title of CL/founder but not the powers.

He's still just the TF2 HA and this app started as a joke I believe, but he's still probably curious as to what people think.

I think he COULD do the job if he wanted, but honestly anyone could do it. It's just a matter of who will do it well.

over a year ago he and the other head admin were rarely present and never did technical work or even bothered to restart the servers when they went down. 

He definitely has the potential just needs to put in the time
