You weren't talking and it was odd, you were rdming every round atleast twice or maybe three rounds, every time I checked the logs.
Then you rdmed 2 and left. I figured it was time for you to go

However, you or your brother may of seriously just made me lose my admin because I was positive I took screenshots and OF COURSE there aren't any screenshots. I remember we were on Roy and the first 2 rounds of rdm happened on island, and I remember looking back through the console and trying to see if I could get the evidence scrolled up as far... Why isn't there any screenshots in my steam profile for this? Why?
This is the first time I've ever forgotten to take screen shots for a permenent ban..
I can only swear on my word that I banned the right person for the right reason

I wanna clarify a couple things
One he has the required time to play, he asked me before he applied and I looked over the stuff. That's the first thing I said in the post. He's been playing for the correct amount of time.
Secondly thanks to what Cadaver said: You either Agree, Disagree, or are neutral. Since when have admin apps started with these "somewhat agree or half-agree" stuff..

Saturday see if you can get on , I think I remember it was a weekban. If your still banned by Sunday, then it was permanent, and as making up for losing the logs we'll give you a second chance.

Well he meets all requirements, even post count. The forum activity needs to be more though during the time this app stays up and pends.
Obviously, to most people on CG (if you haven't figured out yet), Ham is a friend to me and we play a lot often. He has an amazing understanding of the rules and is always aware, never loses attention. He plays a lot and often he pms people to try to get them on. I see nothing that could happen wrong with him getting admin.
He' s applied before, I think this time he should at least get a shot.

The name seems familiar, I've been somewhat active recently and I've seen him but not much stuff stands out. He is a EURO admin though, and we need more of those, so I'll keep my eye out for him as I play. I don't have enough to make an actual decision yet

It appears the ban will be lifted even shorter than 3 days, so here's a word of advice:
If you didn't do the slab thing, I'm sorry you fell in this mess, try not to look so suspicious
If you did do the slab thing, remember you CANNOT place it there unless you are a Traitor
OR an Inno/Det. claiming that room ONLY after 2 minutes remain.
Sorry about all this, that stone slab has been an issue for a bit
I will also be more careful when dealing with RDM cases involving that slab, and definitely take screenshots next time before I ban for that issue.. I was slipping on my job

No, I'm sorry I mean both me and him said he was down there... unless we were both lying.. I'm not sure why there's doubt but you are correct to claim there is no conclusive evidence I did not place the slab there, when I jumped down someone possessed it then I threw it into the teleporter, after id'ing the 3 bodies there, the slab was there when I jumped down.

Exactly he had the slab in his magneto stick, it was not through the teleporter when I got down there. I saw that with my own eyes, no other way to prove that then the trust code of a regular admin

Here's the thing, I was killed along with 2 others from that stone slab. Once I was dead in spectator I had to work out an argument and then I went to go see who was down there. Sure enough I saw you, down there, picking up the stone slab with the magneto stick and also throwing the three bodies of ours through the teleporter. I asked the dead T's if you were a traitor and they said no. I figured by the three bodies you had 3 kills with that slab.
What most of us admins do is, when we see 3 rdms, we don't question - we just go ahead and do the 3 day ban. So I didn't feel the need to question; in this case, I should have.
Since there is no (I'm guessing) conclusive evidence for this case, the ban should be appealed if that's how it works, maybe if there is no conclusive evidence they side with the admin. Either way it's definitely not permanent, and probably not even longer than the time you've been banned so far.
It's just strange that you were down there alive. See where I'm coming from?
