People constantly report me on CSGO for wallhacking and aimbotting. I always prefire around corners because I hear footsteps, people are oblivious to how loud they are. And for aimbotting? I click-shoot, I don't hold down the mouse like some idiots . You aim at their heads and shoot, its actually simpler than you think, CT's are gaurding sites so they usally stay in one spot, so hitting a non-moving target, pfft.

Here's how the story goes so you can understand how he harrassed me with it:

I told Minato I had a twin sister, he started laughing. He wanted to see what we looked like so he got a picture and started saying stuff like "I want to pinch your cheeks" and "you guys should perform incest".

Minato thought me having a twin sister and his binds were a direct way to offend me. The bind translates to (he says in Japanese, I don't know for sure) "Twin sister, I want you badly."

Now, everytime I used to join the server he'd use those binds and sometimes over the mic he'd go "Hey HerpDerp.." Multiple admins told him multiple times to stop, I believe after a while he finally got a good sense to stop or he'll be banned.

The name changes weren't even that horrible. Thats the exact problem, he can't take a joke. The goal was to represent how he reacts towards misuse of his name while we were recording. And it only gets much worse than that, if he can't handle a little disrespect, why does he think we can handle all his disrespect?

All of this seems like it's harsh and maybe you want to hear Minato's side. But really this is all the truth. He literally used to spam binds that were directed towards me everytime joined and was warned multiple times to stop. He also is very butt-hurt about his name and takes it a bit too far. When admins aren't on he RDMs people that he doesn't like, and even towards non-regulars who call him "min-at-oh" instead of "min-eet-o" he'd RDM them.

Also towards the video: The first two I believe (this was occuring for multiple rounds until recording, Lunar was being targeted by Minato since he doesn't like lunar.) The rest were obvious RDMs and the same happened usually when off video.

I vote no punishment, just a warning.

He proved to me he changed, after talking to him about the situation (before this thread even happened) no problems occurred with him. He just now knows not to. So I believe it wasn't entirely his fault, other admins should have told him to stop with all the complains, which brings up another question.. why didn't they?

I actually talked to Billy after the incidents, I believed him that he would stop. Well, since then I've seen no complaints, I've heard no complains, and I'm pretty sure no one really gave him a chance. Yes, he knew the rules, but I think someone should have told him to stop.

You asked us to make it more fun, and to loosen up. I think Billy was just trying to have fun, tbh (saying this im going to start a shitstorm). Some of the RDMs weren't even valid, like the axe thing. I even saw the guy jump right into the axe. I don't see any really "abuse", just mistreated the admin privileges a bit. Basic rules shouldn't even cause much harm, plus you guys said it yourself, this is one of the first problems that has ever occured about  Billy. Are you sure we should just remove his admin? Yes, I'm aware of all the proof against him. I provided some of that proof, I brought attention to billy that wasn't really needed after I talked to him.

However, throughout the end of this I don't really think some of these things are admin worthy.

Can you give us a bit more detail on when you were banned so maybe I can remember a bit better?

Also, if you know you were being a troll, why did you do it? I'm a bit worried that if you're unbanned, you obviously can't change yourself in this amount of time, will you do it again?

I vote no, due to him knowing that hes trolling and then realizes that this is a server worth staying for? You ruined the experience for others, and this also tells me that you didn't read the rules and you just felt like rdming
