Unexpected error

Ok I was trying to buy gmod and Css.And it said an unexpected error has happened please help?

Is that all, Just unexpected Error?

EDIT: It's probably just Steam, if theres an error when trying to buy something, blame steam and you'll be correct 90% of the time.
