Actually no, they've always had a filter, when you get muted, you can still talk, but nobody will be able to see you talk.

Once i tried making a second account, i went past the tutorial and then got kill when fighting a man... i quit that account there.

Hell yeah lo, I was like playing all fucking day yesterday while blasting music. Needless to say it was actually amusing. I think we should all make some new accounts and all play and start up a clan (seeing as they have clans now)
