You NLRed first of all, the voice you heard was me saying I wasn't in the mood for being followed and killed and I still got killed, a voice doesn't signify a good reason for a warrant, and it was only one day.

Not to sure you should have still went out to carry the warrant after dying. And the thing about the sparks is metagaming, which in RP, isn't allowed.
Also, you toke the other printer "figuring the thief would have anyways" sounds like another wrong you have commited.

All in all I do not see any abuse, you seemed to pulled off plenty of your own mistakes that warranted yourself a ban. So the ban seems rather just to me.

thinking he would be back in his house? Doesn't that fall under NLR? (if we enforce it that is)

Also please refer to 9a. from the DarkRP Rules thread

Quote
9a. Do not use sparks shooting through walls as signs of printers even though it is. You have to see them directly.
With that said I'm sure none of this would have happened if you hadn't broken that rule.

Well, perhaps you should have been more informed on our rules and you could have taken the proper precautions to bring those rule breakers into justice. Remeber, just because they did it doesn't mean you can.

For the warrant thing, I have don't know what to say about that. Too tired to think about that but for the most part you were banned for a day and broke several rules yourself. I think it's reasonable to say no admin abuse was going on at all. To say the least this is more of a ban appeal.

i thought sparks was a searchable and warrantable thing in the first place because ive seen wholegrain lenin and yahtzee in server and say yes that they can get a warrant for it so they can run into your house and take all your shit and just leave thats what i have been following since the servers been up and pretty much will and no i dont think i broke any rule with the warrant if the mayor didnt want to make one cause he had reason too then i dont think this would have happened but o well it did

The whole sparks thing falls under Metagaming. That should be common knowledge more or less. Anyways I'd like to hear from Travis a bit on this.

Sparks did go off yes, but there was no way you could see them until you broke into my house since they were shoved into the corners.

Sparks jump out of walls from corners, probly the worst place to put a printer is by a wall unless that wall is not right by outside.

Also NRL causes to much problems. >:|

not really cause if it's found on that sole reason then that's clearly against server
rules.

I only read what Razor wrote because all additional comments are not needed. Razor states that he mettagamed by spotting sparks that may have come from a money printer. I'm not sure what you told whoever to get a warrent to search his house, but obviously you lied or he didn't understand the rules because getting a warrent under "suspicioun" suspicioun of what? Also this nlr isnt stated in any of the rules stated here http://www.conjointgaming.com/forum/index.php?topic=2906.0 therefor it doesn't exsist. On a side note to razor ( You really have to change your additude! Stop behaving like a child that can't get his way obey the rules and move on with your life.) Side note to Ducky (We! When I say We I mean wholeGrain Ducky and who ever else you believe has the common sense to create more effective rules so we can end these things before they start.)
