That's generally what I do on ZM, add something, see how it works, see if people like it and tweak it based on feedback.
I don't see any problem with how Cortez did this.
Also: Almost every game on Sourcemod only gets 5 maps to choose from on mapvotes, so you guys have it easy if you get more
I said this before and I'll say it again, if there were only 2-8 maps each vote, it would be hugely beneficial. Even with the current setup, one 'popular' map is in it no matter what. Thus, it gets picked instead of any other map. I feel 4 or 5 maps per vote would be much better.
Plus, if people don't like the map picked, they can !rtv or !votemap.
