Were you recommended by an admin? If so state the name: UnknownError, Kwuartz. I'm sure there are others that would/do recommend me, but I cannot account for them at the moment.

Do you have past admin experience: I have years upon years of admin experience. All of it has been covered in previous applications. I've experience as an admin on TTT, too!
Why you wish to be admin: I've counted seven times now (in the past 3.5 weeks) where the TTT server has gone an hour + without a single admin online and in-game. I understand there can't always be admins online, but I can definitely reduce this problem. I tend to play during other admin's off-times. I'm also capable of being active during the "night shift" (which has received multiple complaints about a lack of admin).
What are some good qualities you possess: I'm rational, reasonable, and patient. I never get angry. I'm never biased.
What country are you from: United States.
Age: Nineteen.
Microphone: Yes.
Additional Notes: I've received a personal blessing from Cortez to post this app a bit earlier than I would have, because I honestly felt it was necessary.
The last time I applied, it was denied (despite being almost 100% +1s) because of inactivity. I understand some of you may have your doubts because of this, but I can assure you that is not the case now. I've actually clocked in 60 hours in the past 2 weeks alone, because I have the time to commit to the community.

I don't go out of my way to intentionally T-Bait you; you're exaggerating. I only T-Bait you when you're following me, or we just so happen to cross paths. Regardless, it's not against the rules, and I do it because you always do it to everyone else. If you ever asked me to stop though(which you don't, so it can't bother you that much), I would.

I don't see admin apps as a list of +1's and -1's, it's a discussion of wether he should be an admin or not. They're just discussing why he gave his -1, there have been multiple situations where simple little fun turns into a complete disaster. But, you have a point, Kacey, if you feel he's being immature or whatever, bring it up with Cortez as it can be seen as trolling if he's specifically targeting you.

Unless someone has complained or reported it, there's no need to even point it out. The application for the most part is a unanimous agreement between everyone who has responded.

I complained about it. It's bulky and needlessly annoying. Plenty of places in the forum where you can spam parrots. This is not one of them.
Let's not derail the thread anymore, although the decision seems pretty much made.
