After thinking about it, I didn't question Him. I just accepted him as a fact of life when every Him happened.

I never questioned it, but I certainly noped at times cause nope, my vote for spookiest Cartoon Cartoon villain.

So you shouldn't have expected yourself to question it. All of the information required to watch the show was laid out for you; he's the bad guy and his plans get foiled in every episode.
