Its a tool bar from the company that makes tool bars for a ton of companies like NFL etc. Its fine. Nothing about it is bad. ALTHOUGH its not all that helpful as far as tool bars go. But It is 100% Safe I used a variation of this myself customized for my old LSG website. So Yes its safe.
