Trouble logging into the TTT server

Hey all,
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, or is having this problem, but recently I haven't been able to log into the server; every time I try, I get stuck downloading one specific part:
Downloading sound/weapons/python/blick.wav.bz2
I have waited quite a while on this part of the downloading, and after three hours I figured there was a problem.  I hope someone can can help out, I enjoy playing on Conjoint a lot.

I think the weapon is from the M9K weapon packs, so maybe if you download that from the workshop you will be able to join the server

Not sure if it will work but I guess its worth a shot, right?

I will see if that works, thanks nuclear.  I'll see what I can do to edit it.

It didn't work, I downloaded all the m9k weapons and its still the same problem.  Any other ideas?

I don't know if it works... but did you try verifying your GMod files?

There are two commands i just thought of. cl_downloadfilter and cl_allowdownload. Make sure cl_downloadfilter is set to all and that cl_allowdownload is set to 1

Shoulnd't that be enabled on default?
