Custom in-game titles that I suggested before still sounds like a good idea to me. Reserved slots sounds alright. I know some servers give donators custom weapons that replace the crowbar, like a lightsaber or something, just a cosmetic change though, not an increase in damage or anything. Maybe donators could also get an extra credit as D or T. Just throwing some things out there to help.
Pointshop haters won't like the cosmetic idea..
My idea:
Donators can mute/gag players (Of course any abuse found/reported will revoke their powers) understandable if you dont want this though lol
Pretty positive it's been declared that admins powers will not be just handed out. So that's probably out of the question. I hate the idea of people paying for powers myself. You don't need to be able to gag/mute, you can just mute the person yourself in tab.

I vote for the mic battery to come back. I think it would reduce the amount of mic spam that sometimes occurs. And it would also prevent people from talking over each other (which always happens) and give everyone a chance to speak. I think it would also enhance the gameplay, for the T's if anything. Say a T is attacking an innocent who's mic battery is currently recharging, they can't just scream his name over and over again.

So I have an extra copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution if anyone wants it. I know it's pretty old and probably cheap now, but it's still an awesome game, and I want someone to enjoy it.

What type of suggestion?: Donator "title" feature.
What does it do?: I'm pretty sure I saw this before, possibly in this thread or another. But I think it would be really cool and give people a lot more incentive to donate if donators got a special title of their choosing.
Why should it be added?: I've seen it on other servers and I think donators would enjoy the special recognition, and give others incentive to do so as well.

What type of suggestion?: Weapon - Zombie Rifle. What does it do?: It's a rifle for the T's that turns an innocent/detective into a zombie when shot after 15 seconds. The zombie then can do damage to other players. Why should it be added?: I've used it on other servers and it's just a really fun/funny weapon to use. Can cause some pretty hilarious situations. Anyone else besides myself extremely excited for Pokemon X/Y? I'm a Pokemon fanatic, even have the 1st gen badges tattooed on my knuckles lol xD.
I've pre ordered X and I'm gonna go with the water starter this time around, which is really weird for me cause I have always gone fire starter, but I felt like changing things up. I always stick with one or two types of Pokemon just to make the game a little bit more of a challenge. This time around I think I'll go Water/Fairy types only.

Been getting back into TF2 lately, and now that CG has a vanilla TF2 server I'd love to start playing in it, but I noticed the TF2 servers are usually empty. So I was wondering if anyone would like to get a group together to seed the servers here and there?
