Admin Abuse / Admin Abuse/Neglect - Billy

Name of player reporting abuse: Many people who are fed up

Admin who is suspected of the abuse: Billy

In which server did the abuse occur?: TTT

What occurred, what did the abuse consist of:
Overtime people have complained and collected evidence of Billy:
  • Neglecting admin duties
  • Abusing admin powers (Slapping players repeatedly w/ a case of a death caused by it)
  • General rule breaking (Glitching, RDM)

What time and day did it happen (put down your time zone too): Continual over time.

"He did not do his job on the server at all. There was an RDM and Leave I reported twice (files below) that he did not do anything about. I doubt he was even getting logs, as there were multiple instances where I would have slain - or banned - someone and he did not take any action, including reports of RDM. He barely used admin chat or his own chat, if at all, to circumvent any mic spamming/singing or rulebreaking, and even went so far as to sing himself multiple times. He was also part of RDM at least once or twice, either on the giving or receiving end, or watched RDM occur and didn't take care of it."

Additional comments:

I haven't personally taken a look at any of the .dem files but they supposedly relate to the case.

A lot of this isn't necessarily abuse of power's, but reasons he shouldn't have admin privileges.

GarrysMod / Lying about proven status

Some people have said that to say that oneself is proven should be killable IF they didn't to anything to become proven.

So here is a place for discussion concerning this if it should becoming a killable action.

My personal opinion is that it should be killable under the cirumstances in which it's blatant that the person claiming proven has done nothing at all to become proven. EX: Someone saying that they killed a traitor when evidence shows that they didn't.

But it shouldn't be killable if the person has done an action where he/she thinks made themself proven but actually didn't. EX: If someone echos a previous call-out which gets a t discovered.

What was the problem/offense?: Constant trolling with the lethal launcher, players may shoot other players with it, causing the 'dizzy' affect and being a nuisance, but players cannot retaliate due to the TK protection. He also attacked other players and killed them if they tried to shoot him.

    • Proof: I don't have any proof of him actually shooting people with the lethal launcher, but I had yankees as a witness.

Why you wish to be admin: I've been on quite a bit in the past 9 months and over time, I've noticed that RDMers, trolls, and spammers go unnoticed by the admins and I usually feel un-helpful watching this go on, making me want to actually do something rather than go to an admin online and constantly ask them to come on. I've noticed that some of peoples' complaints have gone unnoticed by any admins on and to my surprised, caused by the large amounts of problems given to them.

What are some good qualities you possess: I'm well known on the server and I'm usually calm in situations and keep a light-head about how people may try to offend me.

As far as my memory can go I don't recall giving an introduction
 on the forums...

I've played with some of you before and you may or not recognize me but I mainly play on TTT and sometimes saxton. I do have a mic but Nurse wants me to be quiet because she thinks I mic spam.

You could probably tell Im no good at introductions..
