If it really bothers you, make a new steam account, link it up to your old (current) account using Steam Family Sharing, we keep this and your new steamID is free.
May be a roundabout way, sure, but it's a solution, as it looks like nobody's really doing anything about this.
Are you serious? Make a new steam account just because my own post which I have made can't be deleted? Please, just someone unlock this and delete this, I feel like you guys are playing a joke on me or something by telling me to just to move on, and like Billy has said, a thread about an author requesting for a post to be removed really shouldn't take this long, I still haven't gotten a proper answer or solution to this problem.

I don't know how to though, and why would it bother you guys to just hide the post from non-admins / delete the post, I would REALLY appreciate it from you guys if you would just be so nice to just remove the post, or just hide it from public. The Internet is immortal...this content is property of the community. You agreed to these rules when you signed up as a member.
This is like trying to run for president of Germany when you were Hitler youth back in the day.
I feel that this should be a lesson to you. That some things are beyond your control, and I also suggest you take a look at the other options presented to you by one of our other very intelligent members.

Why should this be a "lesson" to me? This was just something I thought was good for me over a year ago as I was a frequent player of CG and I played on the TTT servers nonstop, therefore I thought I could help the community out by becoming an admin as I played on the servers, and I supported the server by inviting all of my friends. But I have stopped playing TTT and CG gaming, and I somewhat regret this post and it bothers me. I loved playing on CG, I shouldn't be getting a "lesson" of getting my own post to be publicly displayed with my STEAMID. You guys don't even need to delete the whole thing, like I said it is YOUR property, I'm just requesting nicely that you all please remove this post from public / viewing from any non-admins as I don't want it on my steam ID, it's the first thing on google search results. Someone just give me an official answer so I know what to do please and thank you.

Why cant we just unlock it and let him delete it?
Its not that big of a deal and its just something thats bugging him, he regrets it, and wants it gone.
Thank you for understanding me, also I have tried to delete it as you have been asking if that's possible but it says this whenever I click on Remove post. An Error Has Occurred! You are not allowed to delete the first post in a topic. If you want to delete this topic, click on the Remove Topic link, or ask a moderator/administrator to do it for you. If you couldn't care less about it, then you wouldn't be making a post about it a year after the fact. Just let it go, dude. It's honestly not that big of a deal, and you're making it worse than it ever really was.
To me it is kind of a big deal, the post is bothering ME, who is the author of the post, and I'd like it deleted, that's all I'm asking, and to me it seems to bother YOU guys when I ask for a post that I made to be deleted under my own request. Yes, the fact is the post is over a year old, but it bothers me. If you were in my perspective right now, you would understand. And before you say "yeah there's just a post in front of my STEAMID about me failing for admin, so what", don't forget the point that this has been there for over a year now and it's been bothering ME ever since, so I'm just asking nicely for anyone to please rid me of this post because it really is bothering me (my friends sometimes pick at me with this post), and you don't have to understand every single reason why or how it's bothering me, it just bothers me and I'd like it deleted, Thank you. I don't understand why you all are arguing with me whether I can delete my own post or not, I'm just asking nicely for my past post which was locked from my own ability to be deleted, to be deleted since I don't want it and because I myself can't delete it since it has been locked for a reason I don't seem to see / understand. That's all I'm asking you guys, I haven't gotten any proper responses yet and you guys are confusing me negatively here.
So please, can you guys delete the post? I'm getting picked at right now.

I would like this post removed because it's bothering me, and I don't want to run for admin anywhere else, I could care less anymore, so please don't misinterpret me. I just don't like it because it's the first thing in a google search of my steam ID, like mentioned above, and it's not the fact that I failed for admin that I don't want people to see, I could care less about another person's opinion halfway across the world sitting behind a computer, really what's a person behind a computer going to change in my real life? Am I going to drop out of school, lose a job, get murdered from the internet? No, the post just bothers ME.
Also, I don't ask for Admin even if I want to be one, It makes me seem like I want the position for abusive reasons. I'd rather just get familiar with the players and authority and if they offer me a position and need extra administrators to help, then I could gladly accept it if I can fill in the requirements (such as x hours a week of play or any other thing) to help, It's just when I was a kid I rather saw being an admin as a "cool and respectable" position where I could help the community by watching the server for anyone that does outlawed actions, I was also a frequent ( and somewhat respected ) player on CG TTT and people asked me why I wasn't an admin already / were telling me to run for admin, It was just something I would've liked when I was younger.
Skipping to the point, I just want this post removed because I don't play CG gaming anymore and the thread just bothers ME, that's all. Therefore, it would be nice if I could delete my own post / someone deletes it for me please and thank you.
You could keep the post for reference / database about admin applications, I don't mind, I'd just like the post removed.

My Birthday is in March 5. Today is February 5. One month left... I also appreciate all of your support/hate. I understand your reasons and frankly I haven't been on 24/7 or on a lot. But i'm not the only one, you guys do have admins that are never on TTT and i'm not putting any names down. But i'm also not saying that i'll be afk. I'm just busy a lot and i'm in a stage of my life where there's gonna be a whole rush of more school shit since i'm entering a advanced learning specialty program in a high school starting next year. I will be playing more and I won't be raging. I understand TTT needs patience and I will improve on that. But i'm not dumb and I can handle myself. Watch me on the servers not be an asshole. You can test me for it.

I support your whole post and I know why would you say that, I know it's true and I feel some Empathy in it, I know that you're more expierenced from me so you've seen more than me. And also, doesn't that mean that I really want to get to 20 posts then? if 6 of my posts were five minutes ago? And I do have a lot of -1s I know. But all i'm saying is test me. I didn't even notice that, what the fuck. I swear i've never even heard of anything called the icecave. It might be my brother using this account or something but yes I do play NoXiousNet and i have been since 2009 on NN. I also love CG and I love the TTT. I might have been out of control a lot, I admit it. But give me a chance at being an admin. I won't slay without permission. I will stay cool. I will do anything you guys want me to do. Give me a chance, i'll promise you I can do it. I know I have blown my cover. But if you test me, I won't.
