UPDATE: The judge handling the Hostess Brand inc.’s bankruptcy asked The Bakers Union and Hostess to enter mediation, and both have agreed to find some sort of solution. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain declined to sign off on the Hostess company’s plan to liquidate, at least until the court reconvenes on Wednesday.
