I finally finished up Steins;Gate last weekend or so, I really did enjoy it. Gives you a lot to think about, and the time travel logic actually makes sense to me for once.
First few episodes might seem kind of slow, but after that...

Always happens when I try to play TF2 (which is rare enough on its own), but it's real annoying.

Depends what he's talking about, but what he's describing might be the occasional lag spikes.
It can become unplayable (movement lag) at times, usually fixed by the map change. Annoying at most, but it is kind of common when I'm on.

I think the current sound is appropriate, and it actually sounds somewhat like the vintorez in general. Honestly a sniper can't be silenced completely, and it does hide your position unless you're really close to the person.
