Egh, with how shit is in the UK it's not going to help at all, with people with anger-issues roaming the street it's going to lead to a lot of shit with gangbangers, and the police get enough crap as it is.

In general though - with average, normal people - this is pretty good news, being able to actually talk more freely. Hope this gets Frankie Boyle's back on TV xP
