Yesterday when I played with him, he made some sexist jokes about me being a famale gamer, but I ignored them. Today, I joined and he continued with it over hours, saying "get back in the kitchen, computer's in the kitchen, she's probably ugly.." just really pointless shit. I did ignore this, too, until he started using my RL name. I asked for everyone to quiet down to say "please do not use real names in the server." Afterwards, he used it again and I muted. I accidentally RDM'd him the same round as I muted him, and he went off calling me a B in chat. I gagged, then after what Hello sent me, I decided enough was enough. Yes, the ban reason is "sdsfs" because it was my first time using a personal reason and I was trying to figure out which chat it was talking about. XD Derp on my half.

And whenever I do have time to play, I either A) don't have internet or B) I warp so badly it's not even fun to play. I'm not resigning, just going to see if there's any possible way to fix my horrible lag on the server. If it's at all possible, I would love to have it moved back to where it used to be located, because then I could play without 100-150 ping and horrible warp-lag. If not, then I will see what I can do to try and help my lag, otherwise I can't play here anymore.  (Not like anyone would miss me. :p)

So.. My internet's been pretty unstable lately + I've been working 40 hrs/wk for the past two weeks.. I'm not resigning and this isn't really an afk type of thing, but until my internet runs smooth again I don't think I can play on CG for a bit. I'm actually surprised that my internet is working atm, normally it takes about 5-10 minutes to load a single page and crashes when I start a game or n0rp. I'll hop in when I can run a game with the internet after I'm off work, but if it's not working then I can't play. I don't know how long this is going to last, it's been three weeks with shitty internet and I got this job (temp, tho! I think next week is my last week.  ) about two weeks ago and it's been killing my no-life status with it's filthy disgusting long hours and dirty pay. Horrible. I'm getting a new computer soon, too, but that doesn't fix the internet problem. Maybe the game crashing issue tho! So, I'll be seeing ya whenever I can and if my computer can handle steam, then I'll be on it for whoever wants to talk (No one ever talks to me..). So afk4nao!

They've been messed up for a while.. Whenever I ban/addban a player, I've noticed them coming back into the server either the round after or a few days later. We really need the sourcebans fixed to where it actually remembers who has been banned like it should be doing already. Today, I've had to reban Vivallion and Lucario for RDM/Leave and rejoining the server shortly after. It's a problem, and lets players who RDM come back into the server later to break our rules again.
Please, fix this.

I don't have a scanner so I just took a picture of my drawing via my camera phone. Don't judge. (Once I get a scanner hooked up, I'll resubmit the actual thing.. but it's still a bad drawing. )

To better understand, let me explain first what happened, then post the chatlogs.
Explanation:
1st (I was not here for this.) - Monp slays Boopie for rdm'ing two innocents.
2nd (I watched this in spectate.) - Dimini claims a room near the two minute mark and warns Boopie to leave (about 10 times). Boopie doesn't, so Dimini shoots him and Boopie kills him. Boopie wanted Dimini slayed for this, but because he had claimed the room and warned Boopie to leave, we (Exul, Monp, and I) did not slay.
3rd (Exultion handled this.) - Boopie walks over an un-id'd body and the detective, Sealer, kills him for it. Boopie demanded a slay, but Exultion said that he watched what had happened and did not slay Sealer.
Eventually, Exultion kicked Boopie for disrespect, then after continued admin chat spam/disrespect, he banned him for 30 minutes.
Now, during all of this, Boopie spams up admin chat complaining that we did not deal with the RDM's, and once that doesn't work, comes to me in private chat and bitches me out. Against what I thought was right, I gave in and invited Exultion to the chat so they could fight it out. After Exultion leaves, Boopie goes off about how immature the CG admins are and how terrible of an admin I am.
Chatlogs: (I switched back and forth from talking to Boopie to talking to the other admins to get their sides, as well. I'll break up the chats to help show who I'm talking to at the time and mark which problem Boopie is talking about.)
[2nd] 7:34 PM - BoopieDoopie-Pillz!: He damaged me 0.13 seconds after the 2 minute mark. He had no time to claim in .13 of a second

If you're going to ban for longer than 30 minutes that would be alright with me. If someone can't get over how we dealt with RDM's (especially when we dealt with them correctly), then I don't think they should be playing on our servers.

What are some good qualities you possess: I believe that being admin means to help the server, not myself. Simply stated, I don't abuse powers or use my status for self-gain. I've had around 130 hours on the CG TTT server, so I'm familiar with the rules. Also, I don't put up with arguing. The in-game chats are for game-related talk, not pointless bickering or name-calling. I could understand it if it's joking around, but having two or more people fighting in game, it would be a silence for all of them if I couldn't get them to stop without using powers. Finally, there will be no derogatory speech on my watch. I've seen other admins ban for it, and I completely agree with the penalty. What country are you from: USA Age: 17 Additional notes: I don't like to leave servers unattended; if I spot that there's no admin on I get in the server to patrol. I also have a lot of time on my hands (which a lot of it is spent on TTT), so I'm practically always on. I don't mind hopping in games to answer a complaint, and when it comes to punishments, I try to ask for another admin's advice on length/severity (most the time I know what to do on my own; this is mainly for the longer bans). I'm also not the type to get what I want, then never be seen again. I've seen other people get admin then play for a few days and become inactive, and I can't stand that. Live up to the responsibility.
