Ok so I need to find a better recording software that can record 720p and up.  So ya what are some good ones?

Personally I use bandicam. It records just fine for me and as far as I can recall it records HD and what-not.

I use Open Broadcaster Software. Its used for live streaming, but you can also just export to a file, which makes videos. Works well as far as i can tell.

Nice! I was looking for a free streaming software! Excellent.

Not only can I use it for private. But I might get a good grading project for my internship with this!
