if you've got say a twenty minute video and there's only 1 moment that you think is really funny, even if it's a couple of seconds. Feel free to send it in, those short clips might not seem like they're worth a lot, but they spread like wildfire if they're funny enough.

This.  I vastly preferred Tic's shorter clips because they were more accessible and went straight to the funny, and he was able to put more time into editing things in to make them even funnier, like this one:

Totally agree with you Tic. And what Chris posted is exactly what I mean. You don't need a movie to post it, just something that actually is funny, cool, weird etc, not walking towards a wall with no audio, then go to title card "fin"

We can take short clips from people and add "compilations" to the categories.

Plus you can take those compilations and use them for any part of the channel;
be it with an intro, or as a subscription button.

I would suggest that if people do short clips that we take them all and put them into one or a few 5 min video's. The attention span of the general population last that long if they are on youtube. very few people actually sit through a twenty min video unless its a walkthrough or a good lets play
