Am I the only one who gets the vibe that setting's contrast with Rapture is intentional? I mean, Rapture is underwater and was founded on anti-government principles...it also supported freedom of scence and other such things. Columbia is in the air, built on American priorities and has American flags flying everywhere. The pristineness of the place actually serves to make it eerier.

I fail to see being blind as a political liability.

I like both equally. It really depends on my mood. Also, the two genres have lots of side genres that are EXTREMELY different, sometimes mixing the two genres (or others). So, I really can't make a definitive statement on this matter regarding my position.

I like some rap, lots of alternative, heavy metal, even a little bit of eletronica or classical stuff. I'm not that much into the mainstream rock scene anymore (seeing as they all sound the same), except I still like A Day to Remember, Cage the Elephant, and Rise Against.
I am also a devout Bob Marley fan. Smoke weed everyday.
Nice range. I looove me some Bob Marley on a peaceful summer day.

If it was Rock or Rap, I would say that they both have their own bad clisches(read as Nickleback), awesome exceptions, and is, a matter of fact, a matter of opinion. But it's Rock or POP, which means rock wins, because EVERYTHING is better than pop.
