Specific people needed to read this: An admin I guess...
Summarize help request in one sentence: I keep getting lag spikes where my screen jitters for about 5 seconds almost every 20 seconds, it makes me unable to play properly.
Also, a lot of the time I join the server every player, or most players are shown on my screen as the weapon they are holding(just floating around from where they are), and it always says they are near death.
Additional Info: I don't believe anyone else is experiencing this problem.
Importance level(low,medium,high): High, 2 problems, both render me useless.
Steam related?: It's a glitch, I don't know much about it, so I wouldn't be able to tell.
